Heating (5)
Tuxhorn offers a heat meter set for heating circuit stations. The scope of delivery includes transition nipples for the installation of a heat meter in the return of the heating circuit station (instead of the pump compensating pipe) as well as a T-piece including sensor adapter for the installation of the additional flow sensor of the heat meter.
Instead of the pump compensating pipe, the tubra®-mag-jet is installed in the return pipe of the heating circuit station. The required construction length of the tubra® mag-jet results from the dimension of the mounted heating circuit group. This applies to both mixed and unmixed heating circuit stations.
By turning 45°, the gravity brake integrated in the ball valve can be set up manually.
- Yes, for DN25 and DN32 heating circuit groups, the flow can be converted from left to right on site without any additional accessories required.
- Bei den DN40 Heizkreisgruppen ist ein Umbauset erforderlich.
Pipes and fittings must be insulated at 50% of their nominal diameter at junctions, crossings and central manifolds in accordance with the Building Energy Act (GEG). For heating circuit groups, this means a fully enclosing minimum wall thickness and separation of the flow and return lines. The Tuxhorn tubra®-PGM/PGR pump groups from DN20 to DN32 meet this requirement.
